We have an opening for a proactive and detail-focused Credit Control Assistant to join our busy Lettings Accounts team in Southampton. What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing credit control for the Lettings Accounts team via phone and email
  • Chasing and following up on rent arrears
  • Handling tenant and landlord enquiries
  • Allocating payments and resolving account queries
  • Preparing landlord disbursements
  • Processing contractor payments for maintenance and repairs
  • Working closely with internal teams to keep accounts running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Credit Control experience preferred
  • Property industry experience beneficial but not essential
  • Basic accounting knowledge and strong numerical skills
  • Good Excel and IT skills
  • Experience with Reapit or Fixflow is an advantage
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail
