Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator in our Fleet office. This role offers an OTE of up to £40,000 PA.

  • Organising and conducting property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
  • Negotiating sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  • Handling enquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Providing regular feedback and general updates to our vendors and buyers.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
