Now, we\'re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Sales Negotiator. This role offers an OTE of up to £40,000 PA.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  • Handle enquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Provide regular feedback and general updates to our vendors and buyers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service background
  • Previous knowledge of the property market beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of UK property market trends and regulations
  • A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
