Since 2021 we have acquired over 80 businesses, including a number of larger acquisitions such as Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward and Chase Evans in London, Miles and Barr in Kent and Charters on the South Coast.
This is a full time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street - London office. You’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. This role is a hybrid position, working four days in the office with the option to work from home one day a week.

What the role involves
- Market analysis and support in driving deal prospecting.
- Analyse historical financials and performance metrics of potential acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare concise, data-driven investment papers and summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external advisors during due diligence.
- Help monitor post-deal performance and assist with integration analysis.
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), actively studying toward full qualification.
- Experience in corporate finance, M&A, transaction services, or FP&A, however, experience either performing or managing financial due diligence is important.
- Solid financial modelling and Excel skills; experience working with large data sets.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and commercial performance drivers.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and concisely.
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience or interest in property services, real estate, or professional services is advantageous.
