Responsibilities:
- Booking in valuations & securing business.
- All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback.
- Conducting viewings based on office policies & procedures.
- Registering applicants across our platforms.
- Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
- Ordering EPCs / required compliance.
- Pro‑actively ringing through database contracts with the aim of generating business.
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market.
- Rotating window cards & branch material.
Qualifications:
- Has previous sales experience & a natural selling ability.
- Works well within a fast‑paced environment.
- Has a natural flair for dealing with people and always looks to provide the best customer service.
- Is articulate with strong negotiation skills.
- Has 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
