We’re looking for a proactive, people focused Property Relationship Manager to join our thriving Students team and deliver an exceptional experience for landlords, tenants and contractors. This is a full time position paying an OTE up to £29,500.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships and acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Managing your property portfolio, coordinating repairs and overseeing maintenance.
- Arrange and coordinate property inspections and mid-term checks
- Ensuring properties meet all relevant safety, legal and compliance standards
- Resolving queries and complaints, managing expectations and handling challenging conversations.
- Managing tenancy notices and keeping up to date with industry legislation.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in Property Management or Property industry advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional Customer Service, and the ability to resolve complaints.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A confident, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence in building relationships and navigating difficult conversations.
- A keen interest in property and a desire to learn and develop.
