You will carry out property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections, producing accurate reports with photographic evidence for a portfolio of residential properties in the Brighton and Hove area.
You will travel across the local portfolio, capture photos, identify maintenance issues, and maintain precise records while delivering a professional service to tenants, landlords and colleagues.
