This is a full-time, permanent position with our Brand Vaughan team based in Brighton Marina. This role has an attractive OTE of £25,500-£26,500, plus a range of other benefits and perks. Please note this role requires a driving licence as you'll be visiting properties, meeting tenants and investigating and reporting on maintenance issues.

- Guaranteeing strict adherence to safety regulations and staying abreast of industry developments.
- Strategically devising property enhancements to enhance value and profitability.
- Playing an active role in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, consistently adhering to a results-driven mindset.
- Visiting properties as required to complete tasks set by management with an exceptional standard of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Optimising tenant registration processes and taking a proactive stance in overseeing viewing appointments.
- Overseeing and managing deposit negotiations and processes, ensuring they are conducted in strict accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining professional standards at all times.
