Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Brighton.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Order EPC’s / required compliance
  • Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback
