This is a full-time, permanent position located in Brighton.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Order EPC’s / required compliance
- Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
- All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback

- Ideally has 2 years’ experience in Sales Negotiation
- Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
