About the Role: As a Junior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from concept through to delivery and ongoing management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and operations, to ensure that our products meet market demands and deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, planning, development, and go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Sales, Operations) and external stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps across our exchange, broker & custody offering, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs.
- Oversee project management activities associated with product delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including user testing, product enhancements, and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Monitor product performance, review customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the financial markets & digital assets.
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of a trade from execution to settlement.
- Experience with product development in financial services or fintech environment.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Project management skills, with a track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a multifaceted business.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of trading platforms & cryptocurrency technologies, including blockchains, custody solutions, CLOBs & smart order routers.
- Understanding of Financial Instruments, including FX Spot, CFDs, & Perpetuals.
- Knowledge of APIs to support technical integration discussions.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile methodologies).
