About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Jira Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Jira environment to support cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business functions. This role is responsible for maintaining Jira workflows, permissions, automations, integrations, and reporting while ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Jira Cloud/Server environments, including projects, workflows, issue types, schemes, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Configure and customize Jira to support Agile delivery processes across multiple teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Jira automations and integrations with tools such as Confluence, GitHub, Slack, CI/CD platforms, and service management systems.
  • Support users with troubleshooting, onboarding, training, and best practices.
  • Manage user access, security settings, and governance standards.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports to provide visibility into project performance and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, PMO, and operational stakeholders to improve workflows and tooling efficiency.
  • Lead Jira optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
  • Monitor platform performance, system health, and licensing utilization.
