We are recruiting for an award winning investment manager who are looking for someone to join their investment operations team. The responsibilities include ensuring operational tasks meet SLAs, responding to requests promptly, processing adviser fees and commissions, and managing payments for investors and insurance claims. The role also involves coordinating allotments, maintaining data integrity, overseeing cash reconciliation, and supporting analysts with daily tasks and queries. Additionally, it requires logging complaints, escalating operational incidents, and assisting the Head of Operations with process improvements and efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in investment operations, strong knowledge of financial services, proficiency in office software (and possibly Python/VBA), and excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
