Charterhouse is looking to appoint an organised, accurate and reliable Exams Officer to support the smooth running of our internal and external examination processes. This is a key role in the academic life of the School. Working closely with the Head of Exams, you will help plan, coordinate and deliver examinations for both Charterhouse pupils and Charterhouse Online students.
You will support the full examination cycle, from entries, timetables and exam materials to invigilation, access arrangements, results and post-results administration. The role also includes supporting the delivery of Modern Languages oral examinations and helping to ensure full compliance with JCQ and awarding body requirements.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and effective during busy periods. You will be confident handling sensitive information, coordinating complex logistics and working to fixed deadlines. Previous experience in examinations or school administration would be an advantage, but just as important are sound judgement, professionalism and a consistent, careful approach to your work.
