  • Tracking and reporting all this engagement in key business systems e.g. HubSpot, CRM (Dynamics)
  • Supporting the business on converting interest associated with specific campaigns and initiatives as required

Measuring Success (KPIs):

  • Outbound meetings booked – target per month
  • % inbound leads converted to meeting – target per month
  • Activity steps completed in HubSpot, daily dial volumes reported by Zoom
  • Average deal value (measured in Y1 GP) generated from meetings, with a goal % conversion rate from SQL (meeting) to quoted opportunities

What You Bring:

  • Experience in B2B telesales; tech, comms or SaaS
  • Experience prospecting senior decision makers (CIO / CISO / CTO / Digital / Procurement)
  • Experience using similar systems to HubSpot for prospecting
  • Experience handling and converting inbound leads from a range of channels; webchat, phone, email, marketing campaign engagement
  • CRM (e.g. Dynamics) literacy
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • A strong team player; seeking to support other team members, share experience and work together to achieve team outcomes as well as meeting personal KPIs
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
