As our Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing Team with delivering integrated marketing campaigns and day to day marketing activities across our whole brand estate and technology portfolio. This is a hands‑on role focused on campaign execution, content creation, marketing operations, product marketing and event coordination. You will help bring marketing campaigns to life via digital channels, events and short‑form communications, while supporting the operational processes that underpin the marketing function. You will also play a role in marketing to our existing customer base and enabling the sales team; product collateral, case study creation etc. Working closely with the wider marketing and sales teams, you will play an important role in supporting demand generation activity, maintaining marketing systems and data hygiene, ensuring that our content, communications and campaigns both reach and resonate with the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns encompassing digital channels, email, social media and events.
  • Create and publish short form marketing content including social media posts, blog articles, campaign emails and customer communications.
  • Manage Charterhouse social media channels, including planning and scheduling content, monitoring engagement and performance, and supporting the execution and optimisation of paid social media campaigns and advertisements across platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Design simple marketing assets such as social media tiles, email graphics and promotional visuals in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the management of the marketing content calendar and scheduling of social media activity.
  • Maintain and update website content including blogs, landing pages, case studies and campaign pages.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including webinars, partner events, customer roundtables and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate event logistics including invitations, registrations, attendee tracking, marketing materials and post‑event communications.
  • Manage marketing merchandise including ordering, inventory tracking, and coordinating shipping or couriering for events and campaigns.
  • Support product and solution marketing initiatives by helping produce sales collateral, product messaging and campaign materials.
  • Assist with HubSpot management, including building email campaigns, creating lists and segments, managing workflows and maintaining data quality.
  • Support marketing database management including data cleaning, segmentation and contact list management.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing inbox, responding to internal and external requests and coordinating follow‑ups where needed.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking across digital campaigns and events.
  • Support internal communications by helping share campaign updates, content launches and marketing initiatives across the organisation.
  • Provide general marketing coordination and administrative support to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time.
  • Contribute to award submissions and other reputation‑building initiatives with the wider marketing team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within B2B, technology, IT, SaaS or professional services.
  • Experience creating digital content, social media posts and short form marketing copy.
  • Basic design capability with experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar to create social media and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Experience managing website content through a CMS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales and internal stakeholders.
