Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly management accounts and conducting overhead analysis
- Assisting with annual audit work
- Managing sales and purchase ledgers
- Handling cashbook management and bank reconciliations
- Processing and managing company credit card transactions
- Preparing ad‑hoc financial analyses to support decision‑making
- Utilizing software such as Sage 200 Accounts and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes
Qualifications
- AAT qualified
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Desirable: Previous experience with Sage 200
