Charterhouse is seeking a Duty Manager for the busy Charterhouse Club. The ideal candidate will be able to offer calm leadership, fast problem-solving, and clear communication.
More than just a school sports centre, Charterhouse Club is a busy dual-use facility providing outstanding recreation and competition facilities for over 900 pupils attending Charterhouse School, whilst offering a variety of membership options for the local community to enjoy keeping fit and healthy 52 weeks a year. We also cater for a wide range of local, regional and elite performance clubs and organisations such as Harlequins Junior Camps, England Lacrosse Triple Arrow Camps, Guildford City Swimming Club, Guildford Hockey Club, and SuperCamps to name but a few.
The role of the Duty Manager is to assist in the daily operation of the Charterhouse Club, ensuring a safe, efficient, economic and importantly, customer orientated service is provided to members and visitors at all times. To make your best endeavours to achieve the corporate objectives and targets and to uphold the company’s core standards and values at all times.
