Responsibilities
- Accurately process flight bookings for both individual and group travel, adhering to tight deadlines.
- Ensure all customer and group cancellations are effectively communicated to relevant suppliers.
- Keep internal systems updated with precise flight details and information.
- Assist in forward planning, pricing, and organizing future group tours.
- Provide wider support to the transport team as needed.
- Keep track of ticket deadlines and ensure timely delivery of customer e-tickets.
- Process customer information in line with GDPR regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in analyzing data, solving problems, and making informed decisions.
- A strong interest in travel and good understanding of global geography.
