We are seeking a dynamic Transport Executive - Rail to join this dedicated Transport team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless rail arrangements for our customers, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver a first-class travel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm and coordinate rail journey arrangements within strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively address availability issues, providing alternative solutions and keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Manage travel disruptions to ensure customers reach their destinations with minimal inconvenience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, with full training provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align ground arrangements, such as transfers and regional connections, with rail schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, tour managers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Respond to customer requests for holiday amendments within tight timeframes while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Contribute to team objectives and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
