Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line technical support to customers and internal employees
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Supporting sales and operations teams with technical advice to meet customer expectations
  • Participating in the out-of-hours support rota, including weekends
  • Delivering training sessions on new equipment, products, and updates
  • Developing technical support documents for internal and external use
  • Providing first-line IS Helpdesk support
  • Assisting with equipment checking, despatch, returns, and related tasks
  • Logging all customer interactions and technical queries for accurate record-keeping

Qualifications

  • A strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (preferred but not essential)
