We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a diverse and inclusive team based in York.
In this role, you will provide essential legal support and assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in a legal role, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client representation.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Assist with case preparation by gathering, organizing, and managing evidence, exhibits, and other relevant materials.
- Maintain and update legal databases and case management systems.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, filing legal documents, and managing correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Ensure that all legal processes and documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a legal secretary preferred (full training provided)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
