We are looking for a proactive
Paid Media Marketing Executive to join a leading business within the consumer products sector.
Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll take ownership of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of well-known brands, managing agency relationships, coordinating PR and influencer activity, and using performance insights to optimise campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and optimise paid media campaigns across TV, You Tube, Meta, streaming and gaming platforms.
- Brief and collaborate with external media agencies to deliver effective, insight-led campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
- Manage paid media budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with business objectives.
- Support media activity and coordinate promotional campaigns with key retail partners.
- Oversee PR agencies, media relations and micro-influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign assets, creative content and activation timelines to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity and platform developments to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with internal marketing and sales teams to support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist with product launches by coordinating timelines, marketing materials and market insights.
Qualifications
- The ideal person would have 5-6 years experience in marketing and 2-3 years with proven paid media.
- Around 5-6 years' experience within a broader marketing environment.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, You Tube and Google.
- Strong understanding of campaign reporting, analytics and performance optimisation.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improving campaign performance.
- Experience within consumer goods or a fast-paced retail environment would be advantageous.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing, emerging trends and consumer behaviour.
