We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Agent to join our client's Compliance Department. As one of the first points of contact for new clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain new client files using the case management system.
- Add and update contacts, including beneficiaries, executors, attorneys, and other relevant parties.
- Complete client due diligence, including identification and AML checks for clients and connected individuals.
- Issue and monitor Terms of Business and standard conveyancing questionnaires, ensuring signed documents are returned and recorded.
- Coordinate the sending, receipt, and organisation of property information forms and related documentation.
- Carry out bankruptcy searches on beneficiaries.
- Work closely with colleagues, support teams, and administrative colleagues to ensure matters progress efficiently.
- Assist clients throughout the onboarding process by responding to questions, resolving issues, and providing clear and timely support.
- Review existing onboarding procedures and suggest improvements to make the process more efficient and provide a better client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and previous office administration experience.
- Experience using web-based systems such as quote platforms and client platforms.
- Self-motivation: energy; positivity; can-do attitude.
- As this role is data entry heavy, we are looking for great attention to detail.
- Good organisation and ability to prioritise.
- Great communication skills.
