We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our clients rapidly expanding Marketing Team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will work closely with other members of marketing and office support teams to plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events that reflect the organisation's culture, mission, and values. As this is a brand new role to the organisation, you will have absolute autonomy to make it your own. The business has exciting and ambitious growth plans so a great time to join and contribute to that growth.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver a diverse programme of events, including client events, internal meetings, conferences, networking events, social functions and community initiatives.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end event management process, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, scheduling and on-the-day delivery.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines and run sheets to ensure every event is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring expenditure is controlled while maximising value and return on investment.
- Source, negotiate with and manage venues, suppliers and contractors, building strong relationships to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Oversee all operational, health and safety, and compliance requirements to ensure events are delivered safely and professionally.
- Partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver events that support wider business goals.
- Work alongside the marketing team to promote events, increase attendance, enhance engagement and maximise ROI.
- Manage event registrations, RSVPs and attendee communications, ensuring records are accurate and participants receive a professional experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact before, during and after events, responding to queries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned experiences that leave a positive and lasting impression on every attendee.
- Gather and analyse post-event feedback, measuring success and identifying opportunities to enhance future events.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practice to continuously improve the quality and impact of the organisation's events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or previous experience with corporate or large-scale event planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Event Management Platforms.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
