- Data Entry Administrator (Part-Time)
- Overview
- We are currently recruiting for a
Part-Time Data Entry Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately
3–6 weeks .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and data entry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has an excellent eye for detail.
The role involves accurately processing purchase order information, updating systems, raising invoices and ensuring all records are maintained to a high standard.
Benefits

- Ideally 8:00am – 1:00pm (some flexibility for the right candidate)

Responsibilities
- Check and track incoming information.
- Enter purchase order (PO) numbers and other key data accurately onto the company system.
- Raise invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all records are updated and maintained correctly.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Data Entry or Administration role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently.
- Well organised with good time management skills.
- Available to start immediately
