  • We are currently recruiting for a

Part-Time Data Entry Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately

3–6 weeks .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and data entry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has an excellent eye for detail.

The role involves accurately processing purchase order information, updating systems, raising invoices and ensuring all records are maintained to a high standard.

Benefits

  • Monday to Friday
  • Ideally 8:00am – 1:00pm (some flexibility for the right candidate)
  • Immediate start available

Responsibilities

  • Check and track incoming information.
  • Enter purchase order (PO) numbers and other key data accurately onto the company system.
  • Raise invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all records are updated and maintained correctly.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a Data Entry or Administration role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently.
  • Well organised with good time management skills.
  • Available to start immediately
