As a Commercial Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our Commercial & Marketing Department. Your role will involve managing in-house advertising service, bookings for exhibitions, and assisting with various departmental projects throughout the year. Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence received via the company inbox and distribute
- Promptly handle inbound calls and emails
- Process job advert bookings, upload them to the website, and arrange
- Process exhibitor stand bookings and maintain internal and contractor spreadsheets
- Update the exhibition floor plan and populate the exhibitor portal
- Assist the Commercial Director and Manager with tasks and attend meetings as needed
- Provide administrative support across all commercial activities and events
- Input and process sales orders, liaising with relevant departments
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and contracts for clients
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Experience in a customer-facing role with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous administration experience and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, members, clients, and suppliers
