We are seeking a Client Services Assistant to join a team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and the delivery of first-class service to our clients.

- 37.5 hours per week to be worked within the team rota between 8:30am β 5:30pm

Responsibilities
- Providing accurate information about our services to clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Managing reception duties, including attending to clients and visitors, handling deliveries, and distributing faxes.
- Processing client payments in line with the Cash Handling policy.
- Assisting with document archiving, file preparation, and scanning.
- Managing incoming calls, messages, and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area and meeting rooms.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, including confidentiality, security.
- Managing meeting room bookings, the Advice inbox, and other administrative tasks.
- Supporting colleagues and other teams with various duties as needed.
- Assisting with office operations, including fire alarm tests, post distribution, and maintaining office logs.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
