Benefits:
- Salary £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.
- Support the successful execution of the HR strategy across the site.
- Drive performance and talent management activities, aligning them with business goals.
- Upskill line managers to enhance their capability in developing and supporting their teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve HR practices and processes.
- Build capability, ensuring employees can efficiently access HR solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
- Operational HR experience across core processes, including performance management, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and organisational change.
- Strong influencing, communication, and networking skills.
- Analytical abilities to interpret and translate HR data effectively.
- Working knowledge of UK employment legislation (desirable).
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
