Strategic Account Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and developing key customer accounts across the Midlands and South.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Understand customer objectives, challenges, and requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise performance and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts.
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through effective planning and engagement.
- Achieve sales targets and account objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer use of products and services.
- Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers and senior management.
- Build relationships with procurement teams, operational leaders, and decision-makers.
- Navigate public sector procurement processes and support tender activities.
- Keep customers informed of product developments and service improvements.
- Represent the company professionally during visits, meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong track record of growing and retaining customer accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions for mutual success.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially aware with a focus on delivering long-term value and sustainable growth.
- Experience working with larger organisations and Public Sector customers is advantageous.
