HAGS is seeking a UK Small Works Co-ordinator to manage inspection timings for small works projects, working with the Resource Manager to ensure sites are inspected at the correct times.
You will:
- Raise sales orders on SmartVision
- Process purchase orders
- Update trackers for timely customer updates
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure works are evidenced
- Raise invoices
- Look for improvements to boost efficiency while supporting the Head of Business & Support
