We are recruiting on behalf of a powerhouse behind market-leading booking technology and iconic commercial brands. Based at their thriving HQ in Cheshire Oaks, they are seeking an ambitious marketer to champion their employer brand, elevate their SaaS and tech solutions, and drive impactful campaigns.

Benefits

  • Salary: £33,000 – £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Annual Bonus: Company performance bonus scheme in addition to base salary
  • Time Off: 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Flexible Working: Hybrid setup (3 days in the office including Fridays, 2 days remote) with flexible/staggered start options (8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, or 9:00 AM)

Role and Responsibilities

  • Brand Ownership: Lead the end-to-end marketing activity for key SaaS and tech products while building and elevating the overall employer brand.
  • Campaign Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across blogs, web pages, social channels, and email journeys.
  • Lead & Demand Generation: Build, automate, and monitor lead generation workflows, nurture campaigns, and email marketing within HubSpot.
  • Creative Collaboration: Translate complex products and technical features into clear, customer-centric messaging, drafting detailed creative briefs for the design team.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics and leverage data insights to optimize future marketing performance.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Marketing Track Record: At least 5 years of hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
  • HubSpot Mastery: Strong expertise in HubSpot, including marketing automation, workflows, landing pages, list management, and reporting.
  • Copywriting Skills: Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with a proven ability to make complex services easy to understand.
  • CMS Knowledge: Hands-on experience using content management systems (WordPress preferred) to update and manage web content.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, alongside strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
