Remote Calling & Data Collection Operative (Multilingual)

Overview

As a Remote Calling & Data Collection Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting a funding client by conducting structured verification tasks.

This is not a sales role—your focus will be on factual verification.

  • Role & Responsibilities
  • Conducting outbound verification calls to businesses in the UK and internationally.
  • Verifying key business details such as: Company name and trading status etc.
  • Recording verified information accurately using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems.
  • Meeting daily call and task completion targets.
  • Submitting completed verification tasks and reports at the end of each working day.
  • Using a provided dialler system to manage call volumes and outcomes.
  • Communicating in real-time with the operations team via Whats App to resolve issues and address discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and must have one other language - French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian A MUST
  • Proven experience in data entry, telesales, or professional call handling.
  • Strong ability to verify factual business information accurately over the phone.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in handling structured call tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • High attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
