- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities
- Setting up, copying, scanning, and storing documents.
- Creating and managing templates for documentation.
- Handling requests for documentation.
- Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of records, updating them as necessary.
- Liaising with project teams and external parties to distribute project-related information.
- Managing documentation processes and maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects and coordinating project management activities.
- Monitoring project progress, addressing issues, and eliminating blockers for the Design team.
- Overseeing design and procurement schedules, as well as outsource deliverables and expenditures.
- Conducting audits to ensure standards and requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient typing and report-writing skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with document control systems such as ASITE, BIW, or 4projects.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations regarding document handling.
- Time-oriented approach to managing queries and tasks.
