The purpose of your role is to
Create accurate and timely contracts for our external suppliers, send and escalation audits and purchase peripheral services.
In this role you are accountable for
- 1. Ensuring contracts are generated, issued and returned in a timely fashion.
- 2. Ensuring that all documentation is 100% accurate and contains relevant signatures.
- 3. Effective purchasing of peripheral services (restaurants, visitor attractions etc.).
- 4. Ensuring excellent B2B relationships with suppliers.
- 5. Ensuring audits are sent and escalated based on the level of risk.
Your key responsibilities are to
- a) Produce contracts in a timely manner so as to support the customer and operational teams, and protect the business.
- b) Complete all contracts 100% accurately and in line with agreed terms.
- c) Purchase peripheral services that appeal to our customer base and deliver a high level of customer experience.
- d) Send and monitor supplier audits.
- e) Liaise with suppliers and work with teams across the business to ensure a high level of customer experience.
- f) Any other duties reasonably expected for the role.

- Highly proficient with MS Office applications e. g. Word, Excel.
- Work well as part of a team and also on own initiative.
- Experience of liaising with suppliers and third parties desirable.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful result.
