Responsibilities
As the Digital Marketing & Operations Lead, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and tactical priorities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of two marketing executives to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team and other departments to align efforts
- Manage relationships with agency partners to ensure effective execution of campaigns
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing creative growth strategies in digital marketing
- Oversee and enhance our website, eCommerce platform, and CRM systems to optimize user experience and customer targeting
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, to achieve lead generation targets
- Develop marketing initiatives for after-sales, rental, and used products
- Organize and execute key events and operational campaigns
- Measure and report on performance metrics, ensuring ROI and KPI targets are met
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with additional channel/trade marketing experience preferred
- At least 3 years of experience managing and developing a team
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead nurturing (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Strong CMS experience and a proven track record of managing corporate websites
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, display advertising, and social media management
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent organizational and project management skills
- A full UK driving license
