Main Purpose of the role:

To improve the efficiency of key internal processes agreed with the Managing Director, research how AI can support the running of the business and recommend methods to improve internal and external customer service.

Activities / Main Duties:

• Manage Short Life Stock control by holding monthly meetings to go through 18-0mth stock and plan with the Managing Director how to minimize stock write offs.
• record financial transactions within a set process
• Work with your colleagues to ensure they have all the necessary information to maximize sales.
• Manage Fleetwood and Creo ordering process to minimize back ordersand analyse sales patterns to maximise turnover.
• Research scanner capabilities and the possibility of stock control and order forca sting.
• Exploit AI to improve all processes and systems
• Control trade debtors by creating e effective processes
• Focus on progressive projects co identified with the Managing Director
• Improve cooperation with distributors to increase sales growth
