Job Description
- Administration Assistant
- Reports to: Head of Landscaping Sales Responsible for: No direct reports
- Job Purpose
To provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service within a busy sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration
- Process sales orders, estimates, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and organise electronic and paper filing systems.
- Answer incoming calls to the department, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, and assisting other teams as needed.
- Customer Service
- Support the management and development of customer and supplier relationships.
- Handle queries professionally and assist in resolving issues quickly to maintain strong working relationships.
- General Duties
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of company systems and processes.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support operational needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
