Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and lead marketing campaigns
- Hands on role for someone who can lead strategy but also implement
- Management of a marketing executive
- Analyze campaign data to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve [specific goal]
- Monitor and report on specific metrics as per the plan
- Keep on top of competitor trends and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing qualification
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally for 5 years plus with experience of managing or mentoring a team member
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in design software / tools is advantageous
