Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day office administration, including managing phone enquiries, client communications, and daily postal distribution.
  • Process client applications and accurately submit new business across various financial platforms and provider portals.
  • Carry out detailed financial transactions and adjustments under strict instructions from Senior Financial Advisers.
  • Liaise directly with third-party providers, product providers, and clients to gather, verify, and update transactional information.
  • Maintain accurate internal systems, CRM databases, and client records.
  • Organise client review schedules and assemble pre-meeting documentation and valuation reports.
  • Deliver dedicated administrative support to Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure operational goals, compliance standards, and project deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience gained specifically within the financial services sector (e.g., IFA, wealth management, or provider environment).
  • Proficiency across financial platforms, provider portals, and internal database management systems.
  • Strong organisational and workload management capabilities with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and career progression in financial services.
