Contracts Executive for our client.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely creation of contracts with external suppliers, managing audits, and procuring peripheral services that enhance our customer experience.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Contracting, the Contracts Executive will play a key role in maintaining strong B2B relationships and supporting the operational and customer teams.

Responsibilities
As a Contracts Executive, you will be accountable for
- Generating, issuing, and ensuring the timely return of contracts.
- Maintaining 100% accuracy in all documentation, including securing relevant signatures.
- Procuring peripheral services such as restaurants and visitor attractions to enhance customer experiences.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.
- Sending and escalating supplier audits based on risk levels.

- Previous administration experience (desirable).
