My client, a firm of Accountants based in Harrogate, is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper with practice experience to join their team. You will ideally be experienced, AAT qualified, and must have relevant, current experience of working within a practice, with at least 2 years practice experience. This is a superb opportunity for a loyal individual to join an expanding firm in a friendly and hard-working office.
Benefits:
- Annual salary ranging from £30,000 - £40,000 p.a. depending on experience and qualifications

- Primarily office based, full time, Monday to Friday.
Duties:
- Your role will involve managing a company's financial records
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Record financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with payroll and tax preparation
- Processing VAT returns
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
