We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our clients team for a temporary 6‑week office‑based role situated on the outskirts of the city centre of Derby. This full‑time position requires a commitment to working Monday to Friday, with a total of 37 hours per week. You will be working for a charitable organisation and the successful candidate must possess a valid Right to Work and a current DBS certificate.
Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Temporary for 6 weeks at £14ph paid weekly. To start 22nd June ideally.
Responsibilities:- Support all back office and front office administrative functions and ensure information governance systems/procedures/practices are consistently applied across the whole service.
- Dealing with correspondence.
- Ensure all information is correctly stored on the system.
- Support the Senior Administrator, Team Lead and Service Manager to maintain central coordination of the programmes of activity.
- Support the delivery, development and integration of all Management Information Systems specific to the service.
- Collating data and ensuring correct storage and transportation of clinical records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Current DBS certificate.
- Experience working in a busy office and customer service environment.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Experience using a range of management information systems including extracting and collating data.
- Great IT skills.
