- Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Bridlington, East Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven marketer to enhance online presence, create engaging content, and manage digital campaigns.

- Full-time, office-based role
- Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)
- Bridlington based so will need to live in a commutable distance
- £28,000 p. a. dependent on experience
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and edit engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Adapt content to suit each platform’s requirements and audience.
- Develop and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions to engage with the community.
- Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement.
- Adjust strategies based on audience insights and platform analytics.
- SEO & Website Optimisation
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise product descriptions, blogs, and website content.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
- Google Ads & Paid Advertising
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and ad creatives as necessary.
- Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong video editing skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Experience with Google Ads and paid social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and visually appealing content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
