Role Description
This is a full-time, office based role for a Senior Helpdesk Administrator, located in King\’s Lynn.
You will be responsible for providing support to our clients, overseeing other help desk staff, and ensuring effective communication with clients, in-house operatives and subcontractors . Day-to-day tasks include responding to support queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
