Charterhouse is working with a reputable global law firm that is looking to expand its IT Services department in the London office. Our client is currently looking to hire a Technical Analyst (IT) to support the Middle East offices with all IT-related queries. Please be aware this is an on-site role, 5 days per week in London.
This is a great opportunity to join a global company that is growing across multiple regions. In this role, the Technical Analyst will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance and support the end-users within the business. The role will be required to respond to users' enquiries and technical issues through various channels, such as F2F, ticketing solutions (ServiceNow), and phone, making sure tickets are logged and updated correctly.
In addition, the role will also troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and any network problems in a timely manner. To be considered for this role, our client is looking for a candidate that has worked in the legal, professional services, or related field previously. The successful candidate should be familiar with Windows 10 & 11, Mac, Office 365, Exchange, AV, and Document Management Systems (iManage). Experience using ServiceNow or iManage would also be advantageous.
The ideal candidate must be a proactive Technical Analyst who has a focus on customer experience. Ideally, the candidate would have previous experience supporting users within a corporate environment. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.
