We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, prospect and customer engagement, and business growth.

This role is ideal for a marketer with experience across digital and traditional channels who is looking to progress their career and take on more strategic initiatives.

Working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing content and communications, and analysing performance to ensure maximum return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and website content.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Write short‑form content, build sequences and source data to support outbound activity.
  • Provide content to and support the sales teams with social selling and nurture.
  • Manage multi‑channel execution across digital, events, PR, media and partner networks.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI – converting insight into continuous improvement.
  • Manage agency partners, budgets, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Support the Marketing Director with vendor relationships, MDF proposals, campaign design and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to award submissions and other reputation‑building initiatives with the wider marketing team.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
  • Measuring Success (KPIs)
  • Leads generated, and conversion rate from lead – MQL.
  • MQLs generated (target vs actual for each campaign / type of activity).
  • Pipeline value added, and conversion rate from MQL to pipeline.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably at executive or manager level.
  • Proven experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or similar.
