In this role, you will be working collaboratively with other CSP organisers and colleagues across the wider Employment Relations and Union Services (ERUS) team, to support the continued development of the CSP as an effective trade union. You will also need to have sensitivity and skills in facilitation to enable members to find their own solutions to workplace issues.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an organiser within a trade union or equivalent expertise within another organisation. The role involves extensive travel, chiefly within the areas of East Midlands and Yorkshire and the Humber.
