Base pay range
Location: Flexible between home and one of our offices in London or Kettering. Some travel to both offices will be required for meetings.

About the role
Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will coordinate strategic partnership projects, particularly those with public sector clients. This involves managing project tasks for developing frameworks (competency standards, self‑assessments, curricula), associated engagement, and monitoring procurement for future bids. Essential skills include aligning client and business needs, project management, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic Partnerships Manager and Head of Strategic Partnerships to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Identify and recommend solutions for bottlenecks, escalating as needed.
- Be the main contact for public sector partners, building strong relationships and meeting their needs by gathering feedback and addressing concerns proactively.
- Liaise with Partner Development Team Relationship Managers to share opportunities, track partner involvement/leads, and monitor KPI progress.
- Monitor external contractor performance against set task deadlines.
- Organise and run strategic partnership engagement activities (meetings, workshops, conferences) to foster collaboration.
- Monitor procurement platforms for future bids and tenders.
- Coordinate tender responses using internal and external resources.
- Help develop, test, and implement competency‑based frameworks (standards, self‑assessment, learning programmes) aligned with existing frameworks to meet client and business needs.

- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement, ideally within or for the public sector.
- Ability to collaborate and exert influence at different levels and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work at pace, and simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in supporting procurement processes and proposition development would be ideal, but is not essential.
- Ability to be innovative, develop creative solutions to complex problems, and “think outside the box.”
- Low‑ego, task‑driven, focus on results and delivery.
