About the role:
- Experience managing and developing volunteer boards or senior committees, including recruitment, succession planning, and governance.
- Strong communication skills with a history of advising senior leaders and building collaborative networks.
- Track record in shaping regional engagement strategies and delivering high-quality events that drive member value.
- Experience managing or driving adoption of online community platforms to foster user engagement.
- Proven ability in effective budget management and oversight.
- Analytical skills to monitor engagement metrics and present data-driven strategic insights to governance forums.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the independence to mitigate risks and manage resources efficiently.
- Ability to translate corporate leadership priorities into local initiatives.
- Flexibility for regular travel and working outside core hours to support regional board meetings and events.
